About the role

Responsibilities
- Own the scoping, definition, and delivery of key software features across Taara’s products.
- Translate customer and internal needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive product road mapping by defining priorities, sequencing releases, and aligning stakeholders on what to build next and why.
- Partner closely with engineering and UX design to deliver features that balance technical feasibility, usability, and business outcomes.
- Work with customers and internal teams to understand real-world use cases, gather feedback, and prioritize enhancements.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to support product launches, enablement, and adoption.
- Help shape and validate analysis, reporting, and visualization features, including exploration of AI-assisted workflows where appropriate.
- Monitor product usage and feedback to inform iteration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management for software or technical products.
- 1+ years of experience in a high growth SaaS environment.
- Experience translating customer needs into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
- Ability to conduct user interviews and synthesize insights into clear product direction.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, UX, and customer-facing teams.
- Experience using data, feedback, or product signals to inform prioritization and iteration.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain product decisions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
