About the role
- Assistant Maintenance Manager overseeing multiple local sites at one of the world’s largest distribution centers. Ensuring smooth operations and maintenance efficiency across locations in NJ and NY.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple locations ensuring each site meets high standards of maintenance and operational efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and cleanliness standards
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, overseeing safety training, audits, and inspections
- Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to drive improvements, generating reports and communicating findings to management and stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to maintenance technicians, conduct performance evaluations, and lead training and development initiatives
Requirements
- 4-year degree or 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance
- 3+ years in a leadership role, managing maintenance teams and programs
- Experience with conveyor systems and robotic maintenance management preferred
- Multi-Site Experience is a Must!
