About the role

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the global governance, optimisation, and lifecycle management of internal application landscape
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks including approval workflows
  • Track and control licensing budgets and usage through KPIs, dashboards
  • Support business units in evaluating and selecting solutions
  • Manage implementation and migration projects
  • Administer key platforms within scope
  • Lead rationalisation studies to identify redundancies
  • Develop migration and decommissioning strategies for legacy applications

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Application Portfolio Management, IT Governance, or a similar role
  • Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and vendor management
  • Experience managing implementation or migration projects
  • Familiar with business applications such as Atlassian tools, ERP/Finance systems, or CX platforms
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, able to balance governance needs with business priorities
  • Excellent command of English, French is a plus
