About the role
- Analyst role in Finance CoE supporting financial reporting and planning across multiple markets. Collaborating on data-driven decision-making and enhancing performance management processes.
Responsibilities
- Produce and consolidate financial reports for monthly and quarterly results
- Conduct variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast vs. budget) and clearly explain drivers behind the numbers
- Support the planning and forecasting cycles, including annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Manage and enhance financial dashboards and reports (e.g. in Power BI or similar tools)
- Participate in finance transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline and improve existing FP&A processes
- Collaborate closely with market finance teams and other CoE members to ensure data integrity
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in finance, analytics, or a related field, ideally within the CPG sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
