About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for building the pipeline in the French market at Mollie. Driving outbound sales and collaborating with teams for customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building our pipeline in the French market and hitting your revenue targets
  • Drive high-impact outbound prospecting campaigns through a multi-channel approach (email, phone, social selling) to identify and engage high-potential businesses.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospect challenges, qualify opportunities, and demonstrate the value of the Mollie solution.
  • Lead commercial and contractual negotiations from proposal to signature, converting qualified prospects into new Mollie customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Onboarding teams to refine our strategy and ensure the long-term success of your customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle outbound sales, specifically within the French market.
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mastery of multi-channel prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools like Salesforce, Bigmind, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Native or professional-level fluency in French and English to effectively communicate with our diverse partners.
  • A natural curiosity and a passion for continuous learning, essential for thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving tech industry.
