Consultor(a) ServiceNow (ITOM) at Mollica IT focusing on implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules. A role that combines technical expertise with collaboration on agile teams.
Responsibilities
Guide the implementation/configuration of a specific module, focusing on using the modules' standard architecture; in this capacity you may work alongside agile development teams, support teams, or product design teams;
Ensure that best practices recommended by the vendor are applied in the development/implementation of the module of expertise, reducing the risk of unnecessary customizations and increasing efficiency;
Ensure that solutions delivered by agile teams or support teams, for the modules in which they are specialists, have the appropriate automated tests built and functioning;
Monitor the evolution roadmap of the modules of expertise and develop a plan to adopt new features;
Validate the functionality of the modules of expertise and the solutions delivered on these modules during platform version upgrades;
Assess requirements that demand customization of module functionality, propose solutions that meet the requirement with minimal customization, and avoid recommending customization when impacts are identified (providing justifications);
Be a specialist in Event Management.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree in progress in Information Technology;
Professional experience with the ServiceNow platform;
Hold the following official certification issued by the platform vendor: (CSA) Certified System Administrator;
Have completed, within the official ServiceNow training track, the following training: (CIS) Certified Implementation Specialist - Event Management.
Note: If the candidate is near completion of the degree (expected graduation in December), an exception to the higher-education requirement may be considered.
