About the role

  • You'll work closely with and report to our founder, and take ownership of Mojo's entire creative output and brand evolution.
  • We are an app-first experience, and your role will be key to ensuring our brand narrative flows seamlessly from our first ad impression through to our in-app therapeutic conversations, and to every touch point.
  • As we are an early-stage start-up, there is room for you to have a huge impact on the future of the company and a large amount of autonomy to shape your role and get stuck in.
  • Lead Mojo’s brand evolution into the industry-leading dating, sex and relationhsip product for women and men
  • Helping to build a world-class creative studio by hiring designers, copywriters, and freelance talent
  • Partnering with our marketing leadership to create high-velocity creative systems
  • Working with our product leadership to embed brand strategy into our product roadmap
  • Developing creative frameworks that work at startup speed - weekly asset delivery, rapid testing, and constant iteration
  • Owning our identity across every touchpoint - from TikTok to App Store to lifecycle emails
  • Running quarterly expert shoots, managing creator programs, and ensuring brand consistency
  • We are building a team of people who have real ownership over the business. To be successful here, you should be willing to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty on anything that will help the business be more successful.

Requirements

  • Experienced working with direct-to-consumer brands and digital products
  • Good at navigating the intersection of brand, performance marketing, and product design
  • Someone with exceptional taste who sweats every detail but ships at startup velocity
  • Comfortable running hiring processes and hiring creative talent
  • Compassion, empathy, understanding, and interest in mental health
  • Ability to keep up-to-date with the latest tools and trends
