Responsibilities
You support the creative process from ideation through final adaptation, ensuring high-quality, consistent designs
You work closely and hands-on with teams, actively contributing your perspective
You coordinate closely with project managers to implement creative strategies that deliver a unified brand experience
You support the visual and conceptual development of campaigns and the creation of assets
You contribute proactively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
You help develop a variety of content — from videos and static assets to animations
Requirements
You have initial experience as a (Junior) Art Director, ideally in a creative or digital agency, with interest in the automotive industry preferred
You have a good sense for digital trends and how to translate them creatively
You are a strong communicator and a team player
You enjoy both creative and analytical thinking to develop practical solutions
You work flexibly, are solution-oriented, and operate well in agile settings
You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
