Responsibilities
Development and implementation of unconventional, creative concepts and campaigns in the tourism sector
Planning, overseeing and executing photoshoots
Production supervision for still and motion imagery
Brand and campaign development within interdisciplinary teams
Implementation of innovative communication concepts and designs
Independent work with a high level of responsibility
Requirements
At least 2–3 years of professional experience on the agency side
Strong affinity for outstanding design, creative communication and campaigns
Experience using various AI tools
Excellent skills in ideation processes and execution using current Adobe tools
Excellent presentation skills — comfortable presenting in English as needed
Ability to work seamlessly in new team constellations and to inspire colleagues positively
Very good knowledge of German (fluent German)
