Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records, ensuring compliance with labor legislation in processes such as hiring, termination formalities (homologations) and contract terminations.
  • Keep employee information up to date, including personal details, positions, salaries and contractual changes.
  • Monitor and actively participate in termination approval (homologation) processes, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
  • Carry out and execute the procedures required for contract terminations.
  • Ensure the company complies with labor laws, avoiding penalties and safeguarding employees' rights.
  • Prepare personnel cost reports and other relevant HR metrics for management.
  • Accurately calculate payroll-related taxes.
  • Thoroughly verify imported information, ensuring the integrity and consistency of the data used in personnel administration processes.
  • Ensure accurate issuance and payment of social contributions in accordance with monthly labor obligations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields is recommended.
  • Recommended experience in the Payroll/Personnel Department or related areas.
  • Intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to process and manage payroll.
  • Knowledge of electronic and manual timekeeping systems.
  • Familiarity with labor and social security legislation.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and prepare reports.
  • Systems/software: HR management system.
