Responsibilities
Manage employee records, ensuring compliance with labor legislation in processes such as hiring, termination formalities (homologations) and contract terminations.
Keep employee information up to date, including personal details, positions, salaries and contractual changes.
Monitor and actively participate in termination approval (homologation) processes, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Carry out and execute the procedures required for contract terminations.
Ensure the company complies with labor laws, avoiding penalties and safeguarding employees' rights.
Prepare personnel cost reports and other relevant HR metrics for management.
Accurately calculate payroll-related taxes.
Thoroughly verify imported information, ensuring the integrity and consistency of the data used in personnel administration processes.
Ensure accurate issuance and payment of social contributions in accordance with monthly labor obligations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields is recommended.
Recommended experience in the Payroll/Personnel Department or related areas.
Intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to process and manage payroll.
Knowledge of electronic and manual timekeeping systems.
Familiarity with labor and social security legislation.
Ability to analyze metrics and prepare reports.
Systems/software: HR management system.
