About the role

  • Contract administration agent providing administrative support and helping to manage specialized products/accounts at Desjardins. Ensuring operational effectiveness and responding to member/client inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Help carry out the unit’s operational and administrative processes
  • Help analyze and produce reports and statistics
  • Carry out administrative tasks, including data collection, entry, modification, compilation and coding
  • Provide information about your line of business’s processes and procedures
  • Conduct research to obtain additional information related to your unit’s activities

Requirements

  • Trade school diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
