About the role

  • Experienced Claims and Underwriting Administrator to manage claims and liaise with clients at our Insurance team. Role based at the Head Office in Cape Town.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure claims are processed from start to finish
  • Appoint necessary service providers and assessors
  • Authorize or reject claims according to mandate
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct policy amendments and annual reviews

Requirements

  • Strong analytical ability to register claim from start to finish
  • Appoint Service Providers/Loss Adjustors/Assessors/Structural Engineers
  • Authorise or reject a claims within mandate
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, administrators, and stake holders
  • High attention to accuracy and detail
  • Policy amendments, changes, fulfilment and annual reviews
