Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; strong HW background is advantage
- +7 years of experience in similar positions
- Experience in leading multi-disciplinary NPI Process of an HW-SW-Mechanical product
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems,
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, (including creation, review, approval, and implementation)
- Experience with managing complex projects
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English is a must
- Experience in the automotive industry
