Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow accounts to drive sales revenue and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key clients to maximize business opportunities.
  • Prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with existing customers.
  • Propose tailored solutions to gain a deep understanding of key clients’ business objectives.
  • Work closely with marketing and product development to align strategies.
  • Identify and negotiate contracts with key clients.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to forecast sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 10+ years relevant work experience
  • 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, business development, or retailer buying and planning background
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of sales professionals
  • Walmart experience is preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to take data/insights and tell a compelling sales story
