Responsibilities
Recruit for internal business support (Support Professionals) roles across functions - including Marketing, Talent Management, Finance, Office Services, Knowledge Management & Research, Human Capital, Administrative Assistants, and ITS - across India, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Johannesburg, Qatar, and Bahrain, and for other teams or offices as required.
Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand the latest recruitment needs and advise on the hiring strategies accordingly.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including the job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and attract the best talent.
Team with the broader recruitment team on various topics and projects across the IMEA region.
Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a fast-paced and dynamic client services business environment.
Experience working in professional services or other client-driven multinational environments in India.
Experience managing stakeholder relationships across a dynamic and complex matrix structure.
Experience recruiting in the Middle East and Africa, with familiarity with regional hiring policies is desirable.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) – Workday is preferred.
Strong MS Office skills – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
