About the role

  • Market Director managing key client relationships in the Bank Private Wealth market across Southeast. Driving market share and retention for clients with $750M+ AUM in partnership with internal sales executive.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Southeast territory inclusive of key states such as Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas
  • Responsible for territory strategy and management, pipeline development, and day-to-day execution across a dedicated book of clients and prospects
  • Drive market share and net cash flow by executing custom sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of professional buyers
  • Generates and deepens relationships with Bank Private Wealth investment professionals managing $750M+ in AUM
  • Develops and executes a strategic sales plan focused on depth over breadth, enabling stronger retention, loyalty, and asset growth

Requirements

  • Minimum ten years related experience
  • At least 3 years of experience selling to banks preferred
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 required
  • Deep knowledge of fixed income markets and fixed income investment landscape preferred
  • CFA or similar investment credentials preferred
