Responsibilities

Remain knowledgeable of coverages and manage the expectation of the client (both internal and external)
Maintain rapport with clients, company underwriters, and develop/grow existing accounts
Work collegially as a supportive member of the production team for the benefit of the clients
Maintain open, effective communication and timely follow-up
Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent education and/or related experience
Strong interpersonal skills, especially telephone demeanor
