About the role

  • Client Service Specialist providing support for business insurance and employee benefits. Collaborating with teams to ensure quality service delivery in Greensboro and Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with both the Sales Center and Remarketing areas to ensure quality service is delivered at a support level
  • Remain knowledgeable of coverages and manage the expectation of the client (both internal and external)
  • Maintain rapport with clients, company underwriters, and develop/grow existing accounts
  • Work collegially as a supportive member of the production team for the benefit of the clients
  • Maintain open, effective communication and timely follow-up

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent education and/or related experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially telephone demeanor
  • Independent thinking with an ambitious goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong team player work ethic and willingness to help reach all goals
  • Demonstrate proficiency of basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office products
