Responsibilities
Comprehensive support for hospitals and university medical centers, both in relations with our clients and in direct collaboration with insurance companies
Primary contact person for an assigned portfolio of clients
Ensuring client relationships and maintaining our service standards
Focus on property and liability lines, including risk assessment, tendering, placement and servicing of all operational insurances
Active and creative contribution to the design of insurance solutions and concepts
Conducting tenders and negotiations with insurers, up to preparing and presenting proposals to our clients
Proactive, solution‑oriented claims handling for all operational insurances, partly involving our specialized Marsh claims experts
Policy administration: from contract documentation to invoicing
Occasional field visits
Contributing to the development of internal processes
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk and/or a degree in a relevant field (e.g., a bachelor’s degree)
Several years of professional experience with an insurer or broker in the national market
Experience in cross‑line customer and technical advisory services
Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable but not required
Strong sensitivity to customer needs and enjoyment of professional client advisory
