- Facilitates interaction between the Data Science, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Architecture teams in SMTS and identified customer groups to collect, organize, document, and communicate Project Related information to include scope, requirements, necessary skills, and other project related information during the initiation, planning, execution, and project closure periods.
- Facilitates group conversations to break large requirements down into individual tasks and user stories for successful execution of selected projects on the SMAI roadmap.
- Organizes information and documentation in various technologies to include Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office products as well as others as necessary.
- Ensure that the project team has all necessary information for successful execution of project related tasks and deliverables.
- Responsible for identifying, reporting, and modifying business processes to streamline project execution timelines.
Requirements
- Good communication skill in English.
- At least 3 years semiconductors related working experiences.
- Familiar with project management tool such as Jira, Notion.
- Project experiences and reporting experiences to senior leadership groups (Senior Directors/VP above).
