About the role

  • Senior Product Manager leading product strategy for AI-powered CRM solutions tailored for law firms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the product backlog in alignment with the agreed product roadmap and strategic priorities.
  • Breakdown roadmap initiatives into workable items with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Continuously groom, refine and re-prioritize the backlog items to ensure development teams’ velocity is maintained.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Product Management to balance new feature development, technical debt and enhancements in line with agreed priorities.
  • Translate high-level product direction into clear, functional requirements and detailed user stories.
  • Collaborate with development and design teams to review and deliver user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UX designs and ensure functional completeness before development starts.
  • Function as the primary product interface for development and design teams.
  • Participate actively in Sprint Planning, Weekly Meetings, Sprint Reviews/demos, Retrospectives.
  • Run weekly product updates and issues resolution meetings.
  • Track and communicate delivery status, scope change and key risks and associated mitigations.
  • Work with the documentation team to ensure release notes and feature documentation are up to date.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working on or with B2B cloud-based SaaS enterprise solutions used by law firms and lawyers.
  • Experience in product management – building and executing on product roadmaps in cross functional organizations.
  • Any prior experience with CRM-like products is a plus.
  • Experience managing and/or developing products directly relevant to Legal, Accounting, Consulting, Financial Services and Real Asset industries is a plus.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, build consensus, and influence others across a broad range of backgrounds, organizational levels, and personalities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable speaking in front of an audience.
  • Technical aptitude to effectively work with engineering at the API and SDK level.
  • Strong analytical skills paired with a data-driven mindset and background.
  • Comfortable with some travel.
