- Damit wir bauen, was gebraucht wird, tauchst Du in die fachlichen und geschäftlichen Herausforderungen ein, verstehst, was getan werden muss und arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen, Data Scientists und Engineers zusammen, um Anforderungen in tragfähige technische Lösungen zu übersetzen.
- Du begleitest Dein Team bei der Umsetzung von Agentic AI- und LLM-Systemen und stellst Best Practices in LLM-Orchestrierung, Tool-Integration und Test- und Evaluierungs-Frameworks sicher.
- Dabei behältst Du jederzeit den Überblick, identifizierst Hürden und Hindernisse – insbesondere bei Skalierung und Integration – frühzeitig und räumst sie proaktiv aus dem Weg.
- Natürlich hast Du hierbei immer ein kritisches Auge auf die Business-Seite, erstellst Business Cases und Nutzenkalkulationen und verfolgst die Wertrealisierung von Agentic AI-Initiativen gewissenhaft.
Requirements
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement oder in technischen Führungsrollen, idealerweise im KI-, Analytics- oder Software-Engineering-Umfeld
- Umfassendes Verständnis des AI Product Lifecycle – inklusive Training, Integration, Deployment und Evaluierung sowie operativem Monitoring und Wartung von KI-Systemen
- Ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsgeschick mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich für Business-Zielgruppen aufzubereiten
- Internationale Projekterfahrung und exzellente Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
- Vertrautheit mit und konzeptionelles Verständnis von LLM-Konzepten, wie Prompt Engineering, API-Integration, Datenpipelines und Cloud-Plattformen
- Kenntnisse in Daten-, KI-Risiko- und Governance-Themen, Wissen zu Bankprozessen ist ein Plus
- Proaktive, unternehmerische Denkweise sowie hohe Selbststeuerung und Innovationsfreude
- Fähigkeit, über den eigenen Horizont hinaus zu denken und nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift; Deutsch ist von Vorteil.
