- Chief of Staff / Founder’s Associate at a crypto startup bridging traditional finance and onchain wealth management. Own critical business pillars including product, strategy, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CEO on product vision, roadmap, and high-level company priorities.
- Prepare board materials, investor updates, and craft strategic narratives for future fundraising.
- Take product specifications from initial concept all the way through to launch.
- Drive hiring pipelines for their engineering and product teams to scale the organization.
- Streamline internal operations and collaborate with Business Development to manage the company treasury.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Product Management at a high-growth tech or crypto company.
- Deep, firsthand experience in the crypto and DeFi ecosystem.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills; you should be capable of producing investor-ready materials.
- Intermediate coding ability (e.g., Python) to automate workflows and "vibe code" solutions.
- High agency. You thrive in ambiguity and view unsolved problems as opportunities rather than blockers.
- You prefer small, high-throughput teams with zero bureaucracy and high velocity.
