About the role

• Founders Associate supporting HACOY, a slow luxury fashion brand based in Munich. Engaging in brand operations and various tasks from admin to content creation.

Responsibilities

• Manage admin tasks, emails, and ongoing operations
• Pack orders and coordinate fulfillment
• Maintain relationships and communication with brand ambassadors
• Conduct sales outreach and follow up on leads
• Oversee the showroom and welcome customers on-site
• Create social media content — photos, videos, stories, both on-site and on the go
• Plan and execute events — the first is "Archive" in April
• Coordinate photoshoots
• Plan, produce, and edit brand social media content for campaigns and shoots
• Challenge the founder's ideas — this is not optional; it is expected

Requirements

• You want to see things executed, not just discussed
• You think holistically while keeping an eye on the details
• You have a natural sense for aesthetics, quality, and people
• You work independently and ask for help when needed
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or social media is a plus but not required
