About the role

  • Responsible for developing relationships with the distribution, contractors, architectural, engineering and design build community
  • Perform direct and joint sales calls to educate them on applying CITY MULTI Variable Refrigerant Flow systems
  • Engage and develop relationships with distributor staff, contractors, developers, engineers, architects and others
  • Prepare weekly and/or monthly reports
  • Create and deliver presentations and training on sales, application, and product topics
  • Manage project pipeline ensuring that they are tracked within SalesForce CRM system
  • Advise management on local market conditions including competitive landscape and opportunities

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Business Management
  • 5 years sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • 5 years calling on the engineering community preferred
  • 5 years working with HVAC distributors and dealer organizations
  • 5 years working with HVAC application and design is preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Ability to read and comprehend architect and engineer plans
  • Excellent working skills with PowerPoint/Excel/Word
  • Excellent public speaking skills
  • Must reside in the United States
  • Valid Drivers License with acceptable driving record
