Collaborate closely with channel partners and distributors to jointly develop sales strategies and deliver customer solutions in line with our GTM model.
Work alongside Pre-Sales Engineering and Operations teams to develop tailored solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Deliver compelling proposals and presentations to C-level stakeholders, clearly articulating business value and technical advantages.
Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of opportunities, activities, and forecasts in Salesforce, ensuring full visibility across the organization.
Requirements
Fluent in Dutch, French and English communication skills.
Proven experience in new business development and solution selling to C-level executives, ideally in the Unified Communications or Customer Experience sectors.
Strong background in selling complex solutions, including Unified Communications, Customer Experience, VoIP applications, and Professional Services.
Solid understanding of IP/SIP telephony architecture and data networking principles.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior-level customer relationships and close high-value deals.
Experience working within an indirect sales model and collaborating with channel partners and distributors.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions for diverse audiences.
Self-starter mindset with the discipline to work independently in a hybrid setting and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com for daily operations, reporting, and pipeline management.
Willingness to travel 50% or more, depending on business needs, across the BELUX region.
