About the role
- Software Engineer building a next-generation CMS and web platforms at Mistral AI. Collaborating with marketing and engineering teams to enhance digital content management.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement our next-generation CMS.
- Develop and maintain content APIs.
- Integrate with modern front-end frameworks.
- Reimagine the deployment pipeline.

Requirements
- Experience with headless CMS - you have at least 3 years’ experience building with headless platforms such as Directus, Strapi, Contentful or Sanity.
- Strong in TypeScript and Node.js. Comfortable designing services and APIs in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deployment expertise. Hands-on experience with Vercel, Netlify and self-hosting (Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
- Collaborative communicator. Fluent in English and able to work with distributed marketing and engineering teams; French is a plus.
- Pragmatic, cost-conscious and ownership-driven.
- Nice-to-have: open-source contributions; experience slashing cloud spend; familiarity with AI-assisted content workflows; contributions to open-source headless CMS projects.
