About the role

• Product Owner in Treasury focusing on fixed income and derivatives at Minsait. Driving product evaluations and process design in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new Treasury products, considering legal, tax, operational, financial and regulatory aspects.
• Design, map and document end-to-end process flows and customer journeys for financial products.
• Act as the focal point between business, technology, legal, tax and operations teams.
• Prioritize requests, requirements and features aligned with the business strategy.
• Identify, analyze and resolve issues across the product lifecycle.
• Support innovation, continuous improvement and the evolution of financial products.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, corporate policies and financial sector regulations.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of Treasury products, with a focus on Fixed Income and/or Derivatives.
• Ability to assess new products from legal, tax, operational and financial perspectives.
• Experience in creating end-to-end journeys for financial products.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Active market certification, such as CPA-20 or equivalent.
• Desired: Experience in developing and launching new Treasury products.
• Additional market certification, such as CFA or equivalent.
