Responsibilities
- Plan, design and execute manual and/or automated tests.
- Create and maintain test scripts based on requirements and functional specifications.
- Report, log and follow up on defects found during testing.
- Work closely with functional analysts, developers and product owners to understand requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve testing and quality processes.
- Actively participate in project meetings (such as planning, refinement and daily stand-ups in agile environments).
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of test automation frameworks (when applicable).
- Assist in defining acceptance criteria and test strategies.
- Ensure traceability of tests to requirements.
