- Develop and document detailed business rules to facilitate understanding and alignment with the business area.
- Provide full support during testing and acceptance, ensuring compliance and resolving automation-related incidents.

- Facilitate requirements gathering and validation meetings, ensuring understanding of key resources.
Requirements
- Knowledge of process management.
- Experience mapping administrative processes and modeling processes using Bizagi (BPMN).
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed.
