Senior Business Analyst leading development efforts for IntraFi’s Sweep applications and optimizing financial services solutions. Collaborating with diverse teams to meet customer needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
You will be a key member of IntraFi Sweep Team, leading the team’s development efforts to support our existing applications and develop new solutions to meet the diverse needs of a growing network of customers.
You will act as a liaison between functional/technical stakeholders and your development team, and you will lead the analysis on how IntraFi’s Sweep product and other processes can be enhanced to meet current and future business needs.
You will also provide agile and project management best practices to enhance team performance and delivery.
Collaborate with high-performing IT teams in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where automation and technical craftsmanship are a top priority.
Guide development activities from initial concept through successful deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Plan and coordinate initiatives ranging from minor enhancements to large-scale, complex projects by defining scope, setting timelines, and establishing key deliverables in close collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
Monitor progress, manage changes, adapt to shifting priorities, mitigate risks, and address issues to ensure timely and successful delivery, while keeping stakeholders and senior management informed of project status.
Perform business analysis activities for new initiatives, translating complex business and technical needs into clear functional and system requirements.
Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain a product backlog within an Agile environment.
Partner with architects, developers, and quality assurance engineers throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with technical standards.
Facilitate discussions to drive consensus, resolve conflicts, align stakeholders, and foster cross-team collaboration.
Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, including conducting discovery activities for new projects, supporting ongoing development efforts, and resolving production issues.
Provide on-call production support to ensure that our services are available and operating correctly.
Requirements
Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) tools to optimize workflows, problem-solving, and productivity.
Extensive experience with business and systems analysis (4+ years).
Demonstrated success leading development teams within an agile framework, with experience monitoring and removing impediments.
Ability to independently define requirements, acceptance criteria and functional designs for complex IT systems.
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and results/goal-oriented demeanor.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively with nontechnical and technical business clients and teams.
Experience with working in a fast-paced software development environment leveraging continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
Experience working with user flows, functional wireframes, storyboards, mockups, prototypes, user personas, scenarios, and other UX deliverables.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a production support environment, particularly one with rapid response requirements.
Strong MS SQL skills required.
Experience working with AWS technologies is preferred.
Experience with, or enthusiasm for learning, artificial intelligence (AI) tools to optimize workflows, problem-solving, and productivity.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience in software production or programming, and business skills.
