About the role

  • Reward Analyst supporting Reward demands through technical analysis and data solutions with British American Tobacco. Collaborating with HR teams to enhance global reward delivery processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support Reward demands by conducting technical analysis and proposing initial design
  • Provide fit-for-purpose analytical solutions to Group Reward Delivery team
  • Collaborate with HR shared services in the deployment of system improvements
  • Maintain fit-for-purpose reward data management, process maps, and frameworks
  • Support RAD Process Leads in developing reward capability and communication materials
  • Maintain reward delivery tools and templates

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant Reward experience with a recognized university degree
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven ability to work in a global, virtual environment across multiple time zones
  • Comfortable navigating complexity in a highly dynamic, matrixed organization
  • Data analytics capability, including data analysis, modelling, preparation, and validation
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage deliverables, meet milestones, and communicate progress effectively
  • Strong discernment to understand business context and align reward solutions with organizational needs
  • Experience in reward solution build and delivery, applying market insights, guidelines, and global HR governance standards
