Requirements
- Proven project management experience
- Understanding of analytical and sensory data from product testing
- Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Experience within the industry related to product development and product testing
- Technical curiosity with problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of prototyping, sampling, and testing procedures and processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of project management and development timescales
- Interpretation of scientific data to drive business decisions
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external collaborators
- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks based on business needs
- Understanding of regulation/compliance and the importance of Environment Social Governance (ESG)
