About the role
- Finance Coordinator overseeing financial operations including budgeting and team leadership at Minha Biblioteca. Focus on compliance and strategic financial support in São Paulo.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and cash flow;
- Supervise the monthly financial close, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines;
- Prepare, review and monitor the annual budget, forecasts and variance reports;
- Ensure correct accounting and tax classification of financial transactions;
- Monitor financial indicators (KPIs) and propose action plans to address deviations;
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, negotiating improved credit and investment conditions;
- Support the Executive Board and other departments with strategic information, financial analyses and impact simulations;
- Actively participate in internal and external audits;
- Lead, develop and motivate the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree/MBA in Finance or Controllership considered a plus;
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial management systems (ERP – e.g., Totvs - Protheus, SAP, etc.);
- Previous experience in finance coordination roles;
- Must reside in São Paulo – SP.
