About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the construction and maintenance of operational and financial indicators, connecting data to business objectives;
- Perform manipulation of databases in SQL to extract, analyze and consolidate information;
- Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports in Excel and Power BI, supporting leadership decision-making;
- Work in the Payment Methods area, acting as the link between Technology, Operations and Business;
- Interact with partner areas to gather requirements and gain a clear understanding of payment-related processes;
- Understand front-line needs at the point of sale, analyzing which payment methods, card brands and new technologies should be supported and prioritized;
- Collect, consolidate and analyze data from Payment Methods processes, including performance indicators such as transaction volume, approval rates, failures and methods used;
- Propose improvements and optimizations to operational and analytical processes, focusing on efficiency, reducing checkout friction and generating business value;
- Support automation, standardization and continuous improvement initiatives for processes and information;
- Ensure operational payment processes, providing support to execution teams.
