About the role

  • Intern supporting financial and administrative tasks in energy management company located in Brazil. Responsibilities include assisting with reports, managing accounts, and organizational support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing financial reports and performing data analysis.
  • Support the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist with organizing financial documents and filing.
  • Collaborate on administrative tasks such as telephone support and calendar management.
  • Contribute to preparing financial spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations.
  • Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Provide support for day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Participate in special projects related to the finance area.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled at a higher education institution and available for at least 1 year of internship.
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related areas.
