About the role

  • Senior Sales Executive acquiring new clients for tailor-made B2B software solutions. Engage in outbound sales activities and build a high-quality sales pipeline in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • New customer acquisition: Identify and win new clients and projects in the field of bespoke software solutions in Switzerland
  • Pipeline development: Systematically build and actively maintain a high-quality sales pipeline through structured lead generation, qualification (e.g., via MEDDPICC) and consistent follow-up of opportunities through to closing
  • Consulting: Analyze potential customers' needs and advise on bespoke software development, cloud, data and AI solutions
  • Proposal management: Prepare proposals and respond to tenders in close collaboration with management
  • Networking & events: Build and maintain your network by attending meet-ups, client events and trade shows

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in IT consulting or bespoke software development
  • Proven track record in new client acquisition with a focus on custom software, cloud, data or AI solutions
  • Strong aptitude for sales and business development
  • Experience with relevant platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2)
