Responsibilities
New customer acquisition: Identify and win new clients and projects in the field of bespoke software solutions in Switzerland
Pipeline development: Systematically build and actively maintain a high-quality sales pipeline through structured lead generation, qualification (e.g., via MEDDPICC) and consistent follow-up of opportunities through to closing
Consulting: Analyze potential customers' needs and advise on bespoke software development, cloud, data and AI solutions
Proposal management: Prepare proposals and respond to tenders in close collaboration with management
Networking & events: Build and maintain your network by attending meet-ups, client events and trade shows
Requirements
At least 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in IT consulting or bespoke software development
Proven track record in new client acquisition with a focus on custom software, cloud, data or AI solutions
Strong aptitude for sales and business development
Experience with relevant platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, etc.)
Business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (B2)
