About the role

  • Commission Analyst handling commission calculations and education for global sales teams. Collaborating with other teams to maintain commission tools and processes for accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct commission calculation and payout.
  • Be the trusted commission advisor for sales management in the regions as well as globally.
  • Ensure Xactly Incent is always kept updated, with employee, commission data, as well as maintaining the set-up of Incent.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly calculations, generating pay out files.
  • Secure scalable solutions in commission processes, systems and tasks to continuously develop and improve the Sales Incentive Program.
  • Facilitate training and education of the sales organization to ensure understanding of the commission program.
  • Optimize and run our target setting methodology, process, and model.
  • Extract data for commission analysis and built reports and dashboards in Xactly Analytics and Power BI.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, data analysis, and data interpretation skills.
  • At least 2 years experience with Xactly Incent.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities (xlookup, pivot tables, nested formulas, refreshing an external data connection, etc.).
  • Prior experience with Salesforce and/or BI Tools such as Power BI is considered an asset.
