About the role

• Project Controller managing project scheduling, financial health, and overall performance. Working with diverse clients and optimising project management tools for effective delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project activities are scheduled realistically and adjusted as needed while monitoring critical paths and dependencies to avoid delays.
• Monitor project progress and milestones to ensure timelines are met. Developing and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
• Work with the project team to identify financial, scheduling, and resource-related risks.
• Manage and optimise the use of project management tools (e.g., ERP, Primavera, MS Project).

Requirements

• Experience in Project Scheduling, Planning, Cost Control and Risk Management
• Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., ERP, Primavera, MS Project).
• A relevant qualification such as from APM (PMQ, PPQ), PRINCE2 or PMP would be of benefit.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
