Project Controller managing project scheduling, financial health, and overall performance. Working with diverse clients and optimising project management tools for effective delivery.
Responsibilities
Ensure project activities are scheduled realistically and adjusted as needed while monitoring critical paths and dependencies to avoid delays.
Monitor project progress and milestones to ensure timelines are met. Developing and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
Work with the project team to identify financial, scheduling, and resource-related risks.
Manage and optimise the use of project management tools (e.g., ERP, Primavera, MS Project).
Requirements
Experience in Project Scheduling, Planning, Cost Control and Risk Management
Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., ERP, Primavera, MS Project).
A relevant qualification such as from APM (PMQ, PPQ), PRINCE2 or PMP would be of benefit.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Willingness to travel as required.
