Responsibilities
- Independent and solution-oriented advising of large clients on data protection matters
- Support in drafting and further developing data processing agreements and privacy contracts
- Close collaboration with a project team of data protection consultants
- Implementation of appropriate TOMs (technical and organizational measures) on the client side
- Supporting the launch of new products and processes from a data protection perspective
- Participation in diverse, individual projects with a high degree of freedom to shape solutions
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in data protection, ideally in a consulting environment
- Deep knowledge of data protection law
- Quick grasp and interest in legal and technical issues
- Independent, solution-focused working style
- Team spirit, reliability and a sense of humor
- Confident application of data protection requirements
- Strong customer orientation and the ability to identify client needs
