- Lead the governance and implementation for Power Generation Services (PGS) wide learning initiatives\n• Ensure insights and lessons learned from projects, operations, and outages are systematically captured, analyzed, and translated into actionable improvements\n• Lead structured lessons-learned sessions for projects, incidents, and milestones\n• Collaborate with teams to capture lessons in real time\n• Maintain a centralized knowledge repository; create dashboards and reports to track trends, best practices, and risks\n• Define governance for accountability in implementing lessons\n• Present findings and trends to senior leadership\n• Support teams in applying lessons to new projects and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Knowledge Management, or related field\n• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, process improvement, or organizational learning\n• Preferably experience in the Power Generation Industry\n• PMP Certification and/or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus\n• Proven success designing and managing lessons learned or continuous improvement programs\n• Exceptional project management, planning, and organizational skills\n• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities\n• Demonstrated ability to maintain exceptional organization, including managing multiple priorities, tracking deadlines, and ensuring accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment\n• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, build strong relationships at all levels of the organization, and influence stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve shared goals\n• Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
