Responsibilities
Handle inbound service calls for given location(s).
Process Customer Returns for given location(s).
Process any Relocations.
Assist Dispatch with coordination and documentation for on-lease relocations.
Pre-delivery follow up calls (sell VAPS prior to delivery).
Work with Operations to address damage rebill calls.
Process credit applications for potential customers.
Work with the Collections team to resolve issues with current customers.
Handle customer POs/Agreements (work with legal team) and MSA inquiries.
Process any credit forms for a given customer.
Collect Tax exempt forms for tax exempt customers.
Working cross-functionally with all departments to effectively support the sales process.
Assist with sales materials, presentations, and other tasks to support the sales team.
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
3 plus years’ experience working in a professional business environment required
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Ability to negotiate with vendors and customers
Customer service experience, utilizing strong interpersonal skills
Experience managing multiple and high-level priorities simultaneously
Ability to prioritize work assignments
Excellent attention to detail
Preference for working in a fast-paced environment
