About the role

  • Architectural Analyst in project team designing architectural projects in Revit. Involves extensive knowledge in large-scale projects and technical requirements compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Produce architectural designs in Revit across different stages (preliminary study, schematic design and construction documentation), ensuring deadlines, quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Review client requests to assess conditions and materials required for service execution.
  • Control project revisions and verify coordination/compatibility between disciplines.
  • Develop technical feasibility studies for cost analysis and approval of processes.
  • Coordinate the architectural design with other disciplines.
  • Act proactively in project concept development and solutions, contributing to monitoring, quality control and assurance, and ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory and standardization requirements of developed products.
  • Support construction, permitting, finance and other areas to keep projects and systems updated and under control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Revit, ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) and BIM Collaborate Pro is essential
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role and/or proven experience on large-scale projects involving extensive application of technical, legal and regulatory requirements, including accessibility standards (NBR 9050), Fire Department regulations and municipal requirements
  • Required experience on large-scale projects involving disciplines such as waterproofing, earthworks, drainage, paving, irrigation, lighting design, acoustics, masonry, ventilated façades and special systems
