About the role

  • Account Manager managing high-value enterprise customer portfolios in the Customer Success department. Leading renewal negotiations and developing growth strategies while collaborating across teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own all commercial engagement across a strategic portfolio of enterprise accounts
  • Develop and execute multi-year commercial growth strategies
  • Lead complex, high-value renewal negotiations
  • Identify and close enterprise-wide product expansions
  • Act as a trusted commercial advisor to senior customer stakeholders
  • Partner with legal and finance on pricing, contract structuring, and deal approvals
  • Deliver robust revenue forecasting, growth planning, and executive reporting

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B account management
  • Proven success managing high-value, complex accounts
  • Experience negotiating large multi-year contracts
  • Strong strategic thinking and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable working with C-level stakeholders
  • Highly proficient in forecasting tools and enterprise-level CRM systems.
