About the role

  • Werkstudent in Event Management supporting administrative tasks and event organization at Messe Berlin. Assisting with customer relations in both German and English.

Responsibilities

  • Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in the planning and organization of events
  • Support exhibitor acquisition and servicing for our national and international clients
  • Conduct project-related research tasks
  • Handle written and verbal inquiries in English and German

Requirements

  • You are enrolled at a German university or higher education institution
  • Very good German skills (C1 desirable) and strong written and spoken English
  • You are curious and actively demonstrate a willingness to drive change
  • You place a high value on diversity and inclusion
  • You have a customer-oriented mindset
  • You act responsibly and are goal-oriented
  • You are committed to continuous development and have a strong willingness to learn
