About the role
- Project Manager tasked with driving design and execution for exhibitions and events. Responsible for creative solutions and customer interactions while coordinating project details.
Responsibilities

- Entwurf, Planung, Visualisierung, Kalkulation und Projektsteuerung von räumlichen Konzepten für Messeinszenierungen
- Herleiten von innovativen, nachhaltigen und kundenorientierten Konzept- und Designlösungen
- zentraler Ansprechpartner für nationale und internationale Kunden sowie Dienstleistende
- Beauftragung und Koordination der erforderlichen Gewerke, Kontrolle der Angebote, Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe, Kosten- und Rechnungskontrolle
- Bauleitung vor Ort (überwiegend Berlin), ggfls. weltweit
- Kundenberatung und -betreuung
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Architektur oder Innenarchitektur, alternativ Erfahrungen im beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet
- Erfahrung mit Entwurf / Konzeption und Durchführung von Marken-Inszenierungen
- nachweisbare Erfahrungen im Messebau und/ oder (Innen-) Raumplanung
- bestenfalls einschlägige Erfahrung als Bauherr in den Leistungsphasen 1 - 9
- Anwendungskenntnisse in AutoCAD und/ oder Vectorworks sowie 3D Visualisierungs-Lösungen wie SketchUp und/ oder ArCon
- sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365
- verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau)
- Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau)
- weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
