About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring developments in the tourism industry and conducting market observation
  • Contributing to the global ITB brand strategy
  • Direct line management of a three-person team
  • Content leadership, professional direction and strategic development of the “Operations & Services” area
  • Overview of processes and coordination with internal and external service providers for the operational running of ITB Berlin
  • Responsibility for own projects, e.g., in the context of digitalization

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a degree in business administration, a communications-focused degree, or event-related vocational training
  • Relevant experience in operational project management desirable
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
