About the role

  • Corporate Purchasing role managing procurement for services and supplies in a hybrid work environment. Engaging in negotiations and ensuring compliance with EU procurement regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage EU-wide procurement processes
  • Support the process from requirements identification through contract award
  • Provide commercial oversight during contract execution
  • Conduct national tendering procedures
  • Provide procurement-related support to business units
  • Conduct negotiations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or IHK-certified Fachwirt qualification with several years of professional experience in purchasing services
  • Good knowledge of EU procurement law
  • Some experience in public-sector procurement
  • Purchasing experience in the services category
  • Strong user-level skills in MS Office and SAP R/3 MM
  • Good command of English
  • Several years of experience in independently managing projects
