Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in global supply logistics management, ideally in medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven leadership of multicultural teams and global operations.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital expertise.
- Experience in Operational Excellence / Lean / Six Sigma.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Preferred: Master’s degree/MBA, professional certifications (CPIM/CSCP), regulatory knowledge (ISO 13485, FDA, EU MDR).
