- Provide leadership in Customs & Trade Compliance across regions.
- Develop response plans for disruptive challenges in logistics.
- Drive digitalization initiatives and implement advanced technologies for visibility and automation.
- Integrate sustainability and ESG principles into logistics operations.
- Collaborate globally on budgeting and capital planning.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing global team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in global supply logistics management, ideally in medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven leadership of multicultural teams and global operations.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital expertise.
- Experience in Operational Excellence / Lean / Six Sigma.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Preferred: Master’s degree/MBA, professional certifications (CPIM/CSCP), regulatory knowledge (ISO 13485, FDA, EU MDR).
