Responsibilities
Lead the global logistics function, balancing service, cost, and tariff implications.
Optimize global warehouse and transportation operations and ensure trade compliance.
Manage logistics service providers and strategic contracts.
Design and implement global logistics network strategies for efficiency and scalability.
Provide leadership in Customs & Trade Compliance across regions.
Develop response plans for disruptive challenges in logistics.
Drive digitalization initiatives and implement advanced technologies for visibility and automation.
Integrate sustainability and ESG principles into logistics operations.
Collaborate globally on budgeting and capital planning.
Inspire and develop a high-performing global team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in global supply logistics management, ideally in medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
Proven leadership of multicultural teams and global operations.
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital expertise.
Experience in Operational Excellence / Lean / Six Sigma.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred: Master’s degree/MBA, professional certifications (CPIM/CSCP), regulatory knowledge (ISO 13485, FDA, EU MDR).
