About the role

  • Administration IT Office role supporting diverse administrative tasks within the IT team. Engaging in various responsibilities from procurement to general organizational duties.

Responsibilities

  • Obtaining and preparing quotations, recording and verifying invoices
  • Processing IT staff requests and internal inquiries
  • Correspondence with external service providers
  • Contract management and maintenance of invoicing, hardware, and archive data
  • Management and ordering of office supplies
  • Support for mobile communications and IT travel expense reporting
  • General organizational tasks within the IT department

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., retail clerk) and/or several years of proven experience as an office manager
  • Extensive practical experience in commercial administration
  • Careful and reliable working style
  • Strong IT affinity and willingness to learn
  • Confident user skills in MS Office
  • Committed and independent team player
