About the role

  • Marketing Assistant coordinating marketing efforts for a law firm dedicated to helping families with substance use and mental health disorders. Handling diverse marketing tasks and ensuring campaign deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns and activities are executed on time.
  • Schedule/coordinate events (large & small).
  • Post blog entries (that we write) using Wordpress.
  • Turn blog entries into social media content.
  • Manage email campaigns and follow-up with mailchimp or Clio Grow.
  • Track all lead-to-prospect-to-client conversion metrics.
  • Track all marketing and advertising inventory.
  • Monitor, suggest, and create website changes.
  • Refer non-prospects out to other professionals and track results.
  • Build and maintain a database of referral sources and referral contacts.
  • Setup video camera at events, use iMovie to edit, and upload recordings to online platform.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot or Clio Grow is a plus)
  • Experience with most social media platforms
  • Knowledge of multi-line phone systems & multi-user calendars
